About Us

Though we - who have gathered beneath the Stormlight - are not of the mainstream, we find the dark and twisting waters of the side currents to be a fertile and invigorating place - a place of fascination and insight that, when shared, can uplift and inspire.

We are unified by an urgency to create - to create for the good.  We are unified by our belief that, however subtle, art is a tremendous power - one always to be reckoned with.  The world is exploring its desperation at present as we enter uncharted territory.  Within these rough waters we believe art can be the beacon it has always been - its light is eternal, its offering true and its bounty great.

Stormlight Press was inaugurated in the closing hours of 2016 as the world lurked into the headless darkness of 2017 - at that moment the Stormlight was switched on and the Press was launched into the churning waters to carry forth the beacon light.
